EVENT:
Lord Taverners 'BIG BIG CHARITY BALL'
LOCATION:
Fenn Farm, Milton Keynes
BRIEF:
To serve a four course meal to 1,500 guests in a tented pavillion. Additionally, bar facilities were required including a cocktail bar, wines and reception drinks.

A team of 20 Chefs, 100 waiting staff, our fleet of mobile kitchens and refrigerated units made the Ball a huge success.
