Choosing Plyvine Catering for your event allows you to choose from a variety of fine quality food for hot and cold buffets freshly prepared by our experienced catering staff. We offer a range of buffets to suit all tastes and budgets. We are also happy to quote for your own hot or cold buffet menu ideas. Our flexible menus are ideal for any occasion, allowing you to select the perfect dishes for the requirements of your guests.
Finger buffets are freshly prepared and if a cold buffet is chosen delivered on our refrigerated vehicles. All of our buffet menus can be supplemented with extras such as:
Salads, Breads, Desserts, Cheeseboards & Fresh Fruit
We have also designed hot fork buffet menus which are suitable when a hot dish needs to be served buffet style. A typical hot fork buffet may include:
- Steak and Ale Pie
- Breast of Chicken Curry
- Breast of Chicken in a White Wine Sauce
- Shrewsbury Lamb
- Chilli Con Carne
- Vegetable and Pasta Bake
- Somerset Pork
Carved Buffets
For those extra special occasions we also offer a carved buffet. An excellent selection of carved meats can be served either hot or cold. Carved Hot & Cold Buffets are served with market fresh vegetables and potatoes while carved cold buffets are served with salads and new potatoes. There is a range of Meats including English Topside of Beef, Sugar Baked Ham, Turkey, Loin of Pork, Leg of Lamb and Poached Salmon.
