Worcester Mayors Banquet 2009:
150 Guests

Once again you and your staff provided an excellent meal and firsttrate service at the Inaugural Banquet on Saturday. Many of the guests complimented us on the night, particularly praising the beef. The reception on Friday was also much appreciated by everyone attending.

I know a lot of hard work goes Into making evenings like Saturday a success - please pass on my thanks to everyone involved on both days.

Two Banquets Totalling 1,200 Guests

I wanted to write to say a huge thank you to you and everyone of your well organised team for the wonderful catering service you provided for our HOSDB 2009 event.

Your ability to fulfil all aspects concerning this contract was delivered with a quiet authority, competence and skill we have come to know over the years we have worked together. The carvery was a tremendous success and very well received by both our exhibitors and visitors, not to mention the coffee bars and the phenomenal through put of people they handled providing a much needed rest area for all.

Without your calm professionalism and attention to detail not to mention the near superhuman effort put in by all of your team, HOSDB 2009 could not have been anything like the success it was.

Leicester Agricultural Show Dinner 2009:
240 Guests

Dear Phil,

I enclose a cheque for the wine at the Leics Show Dinner. I was sorry to miss you at the end of the show, but thank you very much for all you did over the 3 days.

The beef at the dinner was delicious, which takes some doing for 240 people, and on top of that, you and your staff were always very polite and cheerful under pressure!
